Patient Accounts Coordinator / Office Manager
Karen is a recent 2007 graduate from Loras College, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. Karen’s profound interest in dentistry brought her to work for Platteville Dental. She currently handles all patient accounts and works with insurance companies to ensure patients are receiving the most out of their insurance benefits. Karen is also in charge of scheduling and general front desk activities. She enjoys working with the business element of dentistry, but is eager to learn the clinical aspect as she will begin classes at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in the fall of 2008. In her spare time Karen enjoys reading, shopping, scrap booking, and traveling to visit family and friends. She also enjoys many outdoor activities, such as running, swimming, and playing volleyball.
